VINCLE – Association for Social Research and Action is seeking a Social Field Technician (Social Education, Social Work, Psychology, Anthropology, etc.) for its Community Coexistence Agents Service in Mataró. Tasks and responsibilities \- Active presence in the territory and conducting patrols in assigned neighborhoods during daytime and nighttime hours to ensure proximity and early detection of situations. \- Socio-educational action in public spaces, oriented toward prevention, awareness-raising, and promotion of civic behavior and good neighborliness. \- Information and guidance to citizens regarding rights, duties, and appropriate use of public space, as well as municipal resources. \- Detection and analysis of conflicts and needs through direct observation and dialogue with residents, local businesses, and organizations. \- Community dialogue and relationship-building, supporting prevention and dialogic management of coexistence issues. \- Handling inquiries and managing situations, encouraging autonomous resolution and appropriate referrals when necessary. \- Facilitation of community initiatives and activities aimed at improving neighborhood coexistence. \- Recording and reporting incidents, without sanctioning powers, ensuring communication with relevant services. * Experience: 2 years.
