Are you studying computer science or a technology-related degree and want to take your first steps in the software world? We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented person eager to learn and join our IT team. During your internship, you will participate in ensuring the quality of our applications, help resolve incidents, and collaborate with the development team to continuously improve our products. We don’t expect you to know everything. We seek someone eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow with us. What will you do? As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to: * Test new features before they reach our users. * Identify bugs and help make our applications increasingly better. * Validate that developments meet defined requirements. * Investigate user-reported incidents and reproduce them to facilitate resolution. * Resolve Level-1 functional incidents. * Collaborate with the development team to track issues to resolution. * Verify that incidents have been correctly resolved. * Document tests, incidents, and procedures. * Participate in the continuous improvement of our QA and support processes. What are we looking for? If several of the following characteristics resonate with you, we’d love to meet you: * You are studying Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Application Development (Vocational Training), Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. * You can sign an internship agreement with your university or educational institution. * You are interested in software development and want to understand how high-quality digital products are built. * You enjoy investigating problems and finding solutions. * You are organized and detail-oriented. * You communicate well in writing and enjoy working in a team. * You are highly motivated to learn. It’s a plus if you also... Not required, but advantageous if you have used or are familiar with any of these technologies or tools: * Jira, Freshservice, Zendesk, or similar tools. * Functional testing or QA. * Basic SQL. * APIs (Postman or similar). * Browser developer tools. * Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * English and/or Catalan.
