This is a permanent position, with an indefinite-term contract and potential for continuity in other operational roles within the company. We value committed, responsible individuals who are eager to become part of a growing team. **Main responsibilities:** · Operation of tower cranes in accordance with regulations and site planning. · Collaboration with the construction team to optimize loading and unloading of materials. · Daily inspection of equipment and reporting of any technical issues. · Support in other site tasks when the crane is not required (e.g., moving materials, operating a winch, etc.). · Compliance with safety protocols and occupational risk prevention measures. **Candidate requirements:** · Prior experience on building construction projects within Spanish territory will be valued. · Mandatory certified crane operator training (tower crane). · Ability to work at various locations across Barcelona and its surroundings. · Proactive attitude, commitment, and strong willingness to work collaboratively. **What do we offer?** · Indefinite-term contract from day one. · Job stability with opportunities for continued employment within the company. · Integration into a professional team with a positive working atmosphere. · Salary according to the official crane operator collective agreement, overtime pay starting at 6 p.m. and on Saturdays.
