A permanent contract is offered to manage cleaning services in Asturias, based in Oviedo. The selected candidate will coordinate teams, plan shifts and replacements, maintain direct contact with clients, resolve incidents, and monitor the profitability of assigned contracts. Periodic visits to workplaces will also be conducted. A vocational qualification or university degree is required, along with a minimum of two years’ experience in coordination or contract management roles (preferably in cleaning), a valid driver’s license, and residence in Oviedo or nearby areas. Knowledge of team leadership and service management will be valued. The working schedule is full-time, with flexible hours from Monday to Thursday and a compressed workweek on Fridays and during summer.
