Responsibilities include assisting with orders and maintaining daily-use food items and supplies in good condition. Additionally, you will prepare, cook, and plate dishes; assist in buffet setup, service, and breakdown; and ensure all equipment is properly organized. Candidates must hold either a Medium-Level Vocational Training Diploma (FP) in Cooking and Gastronomy, a Level 2 Professional Certificate in Cooking, or at least six months of verifiable cook experience in a hotel or restaurant. Employment conditions include a temporary replacement contract with full-time hours. Shifts may include morning, afternoon, or split shifts, and salary complies with the applicable collective agreement.
