Development of business analytics tools ##### **What Will You Be Responsible For?** **Mission** The Data Analyst will be part of the Business Intelligence department, where we provide analytical support to all group units. Your main responsibilities will include: leveraging corporate tables and external sources for data design, modeling, and analysis; developing business analytics tools (reports, dashboards); and supporting various departments in analytics-related matters, ensuring data quality, consistency, and traceability. **Responsibilities** * Design and implement data models and reporting solutions for internally developed applications and external systems, integrating their data sources into the corporate data platform and ensuring proper utilization within Power BI * Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and on automating reporting processes to support decision-making across the Group * Actively participate in defining and evolving the corporate data architecture * Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into technical data and reporting solutions * Perform data quality checks and identify issues arising from integrations * Provide advanced technical support for Power BI reports and models, resolving complex incidents and enhancing user experience * Document architectures, processes, models, and business rules to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer ##### **Who Are We Looking For?** * Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or Engineering; both university degrees and vocational training programs are accepted * 1–3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting * Practical and demonstrable experience with Power BI * Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL workflows, and ingestion processes from diverse sources * Proficiency in SQL, and experience preparing/analyzing data using R or Python; experience with predictive modeling, classification, or segmentation is a plus * Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power Query / M * Ability to interpret data models and understand table relationship logic * Interest in continuous improvement, data quality, and information-driven decision-making * Preferred qualifications: 1\. Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric 2\.
