Job Summary:
Social Educator to implement socio-educational activities in Tudela, fostering personal autonomy and participation within family and community contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Development of socio-educational activities to promote autonomy and participation.
2. Support for families in raising awareness and adapting.
3. Promotion of community awareness and activation, preventing dependency.
We are seeking a social educator for the emipa program in Tudela. The main role is to implement socio-educational activities within family and community settings, promoting personal autonomy, self-determination, and individual participation. Individual needs within the family unit are addressed to improve well-being and life projects. Families are also supported in becoming aware of their situation and adapting, thereby enhancing resilience.
An environmental assessment is conducted to foster community awareness and activation, preventing dependency. The professional collaborates as part of a team, prepares reports (PEF), designs socio-educational groups, and applies methodological approaches in individual, family, and community interventions. In addition, community work is strengthened in coordination with the social worker, building local support and prevention networks.
Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 08:00 to 15:11, and Wednesday from 11:49 to 19:00\. Full-time position with a temporary 6-month contract, extendable.
**Professional Experience:**
1 to 3 years of experience
**Education:**
University degree in Social Education (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree) — preferred. Alternatively, candidates holding a university degree in Social Work (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree) may apply.
* Minimum 1 year of intervention experience with the following groups: Mental Health, Intellectual Disability, and/or People with Dementia
* Specialized training of at least 120 hours in any of these areas (Mental Health, Intellectual Disability, and/or People with Dementia)
