It operates in a dynamic logistics environment where precision and organization are critical to maintaining product quality and safety throughout the entire shipping process. Main responsibilities include collecting items according to order lists—a process known as picking—which requires agility and attention to detail. Repacking tasks—i.e., reconditioning and reorganizing products for shipment—are also carried out. Part of the working day takes place in refrigerated and frozen storage rooms; therefore, adaptability to these temperature conditions is required. The ability to work collaboratively and coordinate effectively with colleagues to sustain an agile and positive workflow is highly valued.
