### **Description** Grupo Ortiz is seeking to hire a Railway Track Construction Manager with specific experience in railway track works for a project in Castejón. The ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineer, a Civil Engineer specializing in Roads, Canals and Ports, or an equivalent professional with at least 3 years of demonstrable experience in the execution and management of railway construction projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * ****Plan the execution of railway construction works, coordinating human resources, materials, and equipment. * Supervise the proper execution of projects in accordance with drawings, specifications, and technical regulations. * Monitor productivity, costs, and schedules, ensuring achievement of established objectives. * Lead and coordinate the technical and operational staff assigned to the project. * Manage subcontractors and suppliers involved in project execution. * Prepare quantity surveys, certifications, and technical progress documentation. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and environmental requirements. * Maintain communication with the client, the technical supervision team, and competent railway authorities. * Provide periodic progress reports to the Group Manager or Production Director. * Propose technical solutions to address unforeseen events or deviations identified during execution. REQUIREMENTS * Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Roads, Canals and Ports Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum experience: 3 years in the execution and management of railway construction projects. * Knowledge: railway regulations, construction planning, cost control, occupational risk prevention (PRL), and quality management. * Competencies: leadership, organizational skills, results orientation, problem-solving ability, and effective communication.
