




Job Summary: We are seeking a Bar Manager to ensure the planning, organization, and control of departmental activities, optimizing internal management and team performance while guaranteeing service quality and food safety. INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP is a well-established hotel chain in the Balearic Islands, currently undergoing expansion. Your primary role within the company will be to ensure the planning, organization, and control of all Bar department activities, thereby optimizing internal process management and team performance, and consistently ensuring service quality and food safety for customer benefit and satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include: * Being responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all activities and resources specific to the Bar department, with the aim of optimizing internal process management within the area and team performance. * Ensuring service quality and food safety for customer benefit and satisfaction. * Managing Bar department procurement: placing orders, supervising goods receipt, proper storage and preservation, and conducting corresponding inventory checks. * Customer service during food and beverage service delivery, including support in service setup and clearance. * Supervision and support in setting up and replenishing all tableware and accessories. * Supporting allocation of resources to departmental tasks and ensuring operational functionality across each area. * Monitoring compliance with all applicable internal and external regulations governing departmental activities. * Contributing to fostering a positive working environment that facilitates high performance, cooperation, and teamwork.
