




**Description:** ---------------- Currently, we are seeking a **Quality Manager** for a company located in **RINCÓN DE SOTO** **Education:** * Intermediate or higher vocational training in laboratory or related field **Experience:** * 1 Required: Quality control experience in the food industry sector * 2 Desirable: Experience in thermal treatments and knowledge of Food Safety **Minimum Requirements:** * Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and its prerequisites. * Microbiological, physico-chemical, and sensory analysis of food and beverages. * Microsoft Excel Functions: * On-site control and supervision of all production phases (from receipt to dispatch). * Performing routine quality checks on production. * Conducting appropriate verifications / calibrations of equipment used. * Monitoring process parameters (temperature, time, etc.). * Performing sampling for microbiological, physico-chemical, or sensory analysis. * Ensuring proper completion of on-site records. * Supporting verification of compliance with good hygiene and handling practices. * Correcting deviations and reinforcing on-site compliance. * Assisting in incident and complaint investigations. **Requirements:** --------------- **Necessary Requirements:** * Possession of driving license B1 * Residence near Rincón de Soto **Competencies:** * Teamwork, commitment, initiative, and autonomy * Availability to work three rotating shifts for training, prior to subsequent weekend shift assignment * Salary: 20,440 € (gross) If you are eager to grow within a large company environment, this is your opportunity!
