At Elis, the on-site HR Technician ensures efficient and close personnel management, contributing to the wellbeing and development of all employees. * You will comprehensively manage the on-site HR department, ensuring compliance with all labor regulations. * You will prepare employment contracts and handle the full payroll cycle—including Social Security registrations and deregistrations. * You will enter and monitor occupational injury/illness (IT/AT) cases in the system, manage use of Contrat@, and maintain employee documentation. * You will identify training needs and collaborate on proposing internal training programs. * You will select suitable candidates for each position and propose and lead monthly on-site engagement activities. * You will review documentation and work closely with the Occupational Health & Safety (PRL) department to ensure a safe working environment.
