If you have experience with BPM tools such as Camunda, you are interested in process automation, and you are motivated to work in a 100% remote environment, we want to meet you! ***What do we offer?*** * 100% remote work with occasional trips to the Balearic Islands (expenses covered). * A professional, dynamic, and innovative environment. * Opportunities for growth and career development in cutting-edge technologies. * Schedule: 9:00–18:30 Mon–Thu and 8:00–15:00 Fri **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Experience with BPM tools (preferably Camunda, though others such as Bonita, Bizagi, Appian, Pega, IBM BPM… are also valued). * Ability to design, model, and optimize processes using BPMN 2.0. * Knowledge of process automation: RPA, API integration, rule engines. * Proficiency in databases and SQL for process data analysis. * Familiarity with SOA/microservices architecture and integration with external systems. ***Desirable Requirements:*** * Knowledge or prior experience in the Healthcare sector. * Experience identifying bottlenecks and driving continuous process improvement. * Understanding of process KPIs (cycle times, SLAs, cost per process...). * Ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications. * Experience mapping current processes (AS-IS) and designing future processes (TO-BE).
