




This role focuses on carrying out socio-educational actions within the family context and with the surrounding environment, promoting individual activities and enhancing the URI in matters of daily interaction. Promotion of natural support networks in matters of daily interaction. Empowerment towards personal autonomy, self-determination, and participation of the individual. * Addressing the individual needs of each person within the family unit in order to provide a framework for individual development towards their well-being and life project. * Empowerment for personal autonomy, self-determination, and participation of the individual. * Direct support to families through awareness of their situation and accompaniment throughout the adaptation process, as well as fostering resilience. * Assessment of the environment and its promotion in raising awareness and activation towards encouraging autonomy and preventing dependency. * Participation in the team and in the preparation of reports (PEF). * Design and implementation of socio-educational intervention groups. * Methodological management of individual, family, and community interventions. * Promotion of community involvement in coordination with the social role. Strengthening and participation in community work, promoting collaborative networks focused on promoting autonomy and preventing dependency at the local level. * Promote autonomy and development of the affected individual and cohabiting family members. **Schedule:** M, Tu, W, F from 08:00\-15:11 Th from 11:49h\-19:00h **Working hours:** Full-time **Professional experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** University degree in Social Education (diploma or bachelor's degree), preferably. Alternatively, candidates with a university degree in Social Work (diploma or bachelor's degree) may apply. * At least 1 year of professional experience working with groups in the areas of: Mental Health, Intellectual Disability, and/or People with Dementia * Specialized training in any of these areas (Mental Health, Intellectual Disability, and/or People with Dementia) of at least 120 hours
