We are currently seeking a Front-End UI/UX Designer to lead the visual design and user experience of our internal and customer-facing digital solutions. **Main responsibilities:** **Interface design (UI):*** Define the visual appearance of our web and mobile applications. * Create consistent visual systems including typography, colors, iconography, buttons, forms, and components. * Use tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch to produce high-fidelity interfaces. * Ensure the interface is aesthetically pleasing, coherent, and aligned with corporate visual identity. **User experience design (UX):*** Investigate user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement in current workflows. * Design wireframes, navigation flows, and interactive prototypes. * Conduct usability tests to validate design hypotheses. * Optimize user experience with an empathetic, product-oriented approach. **Multidisciplinary collaboration:*** Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. * Participate in meetings with Product Owners and Managers to ensure design supports business objectives. * Attend planning, validation, and deliverable review sessions. **User-centered design and accessibility:*** Apply user-centered design (UCD) principles. * Ensure platform accessibility through best practices (contrast, keyboard navigation, screen readers, etc.). * Contribute to creating inclusive and universal experiences. **Profile requirements****Academic background:*** Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, UX/UI Design, Design Engineering, or proven experience in software design. **Technical knowledge and experience:*** Mastery of visual design fundamentals: color, typography, visual hierarchy, etc. * Experience with responsive and adaptive design. * Basic familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, components). * Knowledge of design systems such as Material Design, Fluent UI, or others. **Tools and methodologies:*** Advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. * Use of prototyping tools like Balsamiq, Axure. * Experience in UX research: interviews, usability testing, heuristic analysis. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (sprints, retrospectives, demos, refinements). **Valued differentiators:*** Previous experience designing for web, mobile, or desktop products. * Knowledge of tools such as Jira or Confluence. * Active participation in product decisions. * Skills in motion design and microinteractions. **What we offer:*** Stable project with strong focus on digital innovation. * Competitive conditions tailored to profile and experience. * Access to continuous training and professional growth. * Integration into a high-performance multidisciplinary team. * Immediate incorporation.
