We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Consultant with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise and a proven ability to lead complex implementations, integrations, and multichannel solution design. Experience in large-scale projects—preferably within the energy, telecommunications, or financial sectors—as well as familiarity with integrated CRM architectures, will be highly valued. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.). * Implement integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, connectors, and ETL processes. * Configure and optimize data extensions, Contact Builder, and relational data models. * Develop and maintain AMPscript and SSJS for advanced personalization. * Design automated customer journeys and segmentation strategies. * Collaborate with CRM, IT, and business teams to ensure full traceability of communications. * Contribute to technical architecture design and definition of best practices. * Conduct code reviews, produce technical documentation, and mentor junior team members. **What You Need** * 5–6 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. * Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, HTML/CSS, and SQL. * Experience integrating with Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud) or external platforms. * Knowledge of tools such as Marketing Cloud Connect, Data Cloud, and Web Studio. * Experience designing solutions for NPS/CSAT/CES surveys and preference centers. * Advanced English language proficiency (minimum B2 level).
