You will become part of a key area in the group's economic-financial management, collaborating in the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of budgets, early detection of deviations, and continuous improvement of reporting processes, aiming to optimize results and support strategic decision-making. **Where will you perform your duties?** Córdoba (headquarters of Grupo De Prado) **Main responsibilities:** * Analyze discrepancies between production and forecasts, identifying variances between budgeted and actual costs. * Collaborate in the preparation of the annual operating budget. * Participate in the creation of ad hoc financial and operational reports. * Monitor and control investments and projects (CAPEX), ensuring alignment with the group's strategic objectives. * Support the implementation of internal control tools and process automation. * Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to management control. * Contribute to the monitoring of corporate goals and projects. * **Profile we are looking for:** * Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in management control or controlling roles. * Advanced level in Excel and data analysis tools. * Experience with SAP, Power BI, or Business Intelligence systems is desirable. * B2 or higher level of English. * Analytical skills, organizational ability, results orientation, and teamwork. * **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract and stable project within an international leading company. * Professional development plan and continuous training. * Social benefits and access to the corporate club. * Reduced working hours during summer.
