We seek a serious, responsible, and solution-oriented professional accustomed to working independently and meeting deadlines while delivering high-quality finishes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Full masonry work in renovation projects * Construction of partitions and dividing walls * Plastering, rendering, and plasterwork * Installation of floor coverings and wall claddings * Tiling and flooring * Surface preparation * Coordination with other trades on site **Essential Requirements** * Registered as a self-employed worker * Minimum 5 years’ experience in renovation projects * Demonstrable experience as a skilled mason * Ability to work autonomously * Personal tools * Personal vehicle * Commitment to deadlines and quality of execution **Particularly Valued** * Professionalism and punctuality * Attention to detail in finishes * Good communication skills and appropriate conduct on site * Experience in complete comprehensive renovation projects **Offered:** * Consistent workload * Active projects throughout the year * Payment per project, per day, or via fixed budget * Long-term collaboration We seek a serious professional who wishes to work continuously and become part of a stable team of collaborators in Barcelona.
