Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician to ensure the proper operation of heavy-tonnage industrial machinery, troubleshoot faults, and manage maintenance plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inventory management and industrial safety protocols We need to hire a person to perform maintenance and repair tasks on machinery at a plant located in Ullastrell. The job involves ensuring that heavy-tonnage equipment—such as dryers, mills, ultrarotors, and mixers—operates correctly to prevent production stoppages. Proficiency with workshop tools, ability to perform precise welding, and capacity to rapidly resolve technical faults are required. This full-time position includes inventory control of spare parts, organization of the workspace, and adherence to industrial safety protocols. It also involves coordinating external interventions and scheduling annual preventive and corrective maintenance inspections. We seek an autonomous individual capable of making technical decisions and demonstrating an operational efficiency-oriented attitude within an industrial environment. Knowledge of welding, motor and gearbox repair. Prior experience with heavy-tonnage industrial machinery, such as dryers, mills, and mixers. Ability to diagnose faults and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
