AI-Native Backend Engineer

We are looking for a **Backend Software Engineer** with experience in **Java and AI-Native mindset**, to join an innovative project and actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle—from analysis and design to deployment and maintenance. **Responsibilities:** * Development and maintenance of an innovative application. * Requirements analysis, solution design, and collaboration with clients. * Development of test cases, production deployment, and incident diagnosis. * Design and development of new modules. * Apply AI to: code generation/refactoring, automated documentation, testing, debugging, code reviews, SDLC automation, and productivity optimization. * Understand appropriate use of LLMs in engineering workflows. * Adopt best practices, governance, and secure AI usage in enterprise environments. * Stay up-to-date with AI trends, frameworks, and accelerators.
