We primarily operate in three major areas: **water**, offering solutions for both urban and industrial management; **waste**, transforming it into new resources; and **energy**, improving efficiency and reducing consumption and emissions in buildings, industries, and cities. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Junior Plant Manager** for our **Pozoblanco Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).** **What will you do?** * Administrative and technical management of the WWTP. * Coordinating and leading the WWTP staff. * Monitoring compliance with safety regulations within the facilities. * Ensuring proper operation of the facilities and regulatory compliance. * Coordinating and overseeing proper maintenance and conservation of the facility. * Providing support to the Pozoblanco service manager as required. * Coordinating work carried out inside the facilities, always monitoring compliance with safety regulations. * Preparing and submitting all information and reports on facility operations as requested and within specified deadlines. * Managing procurement of equipment, materials, and chemicals required at the facility, maintaining minimum stock levels. * Analyzing training needs of personnel under your supervision. * Directly participating in implementing quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, and energy efficiency management systems. * Other technical support tasks for the Andalusia DT Operations team **Requirements** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any discipline), chemistry, biology, environmental sciences, physics, pharmacy, or naval studies. * Some professional experience in similar roles. * Valid driver’s license. * Desirable: + Basic occupational health and safety (OHS) training. + Training related to wastewater treatment processes. + Training related to asset maintenance. **Additional Information** **What can we offer you?** * Opportunity to join a leading multinational company in the sector. * Permanent contract. * Flexibility. * Professional growth.
