Summary: Adikteev is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and develop backend and data engineers, manage campaigns, and foster team growth while contributing to technical decisions and recruitment. Each one of us is a crucial part of the squad and we're always on the lookout for A\+ players. * **WHAT YOU WILL DO** Your responsibilities will include: * Lead Backend and Data Engineers in direct management (1:1, growth, career path, tech lead, architecture ...) * Manage \& organize our Campaigns performance team \& projects * Act as a coach to help people in your team grow and implement our values * Determine and address the need for training and people development * Serve as the team's gatekeeper. * Set up and develop good team practices * Facilitate Tech Team's decisions and ensure their successful implementation * Facilitate the synchronization inside your teal, between the different teams of the Tech department, and with other managers * Collaborate closely with managers, Product Managers, Project Manager and be available to support other teams if needed * Actively participate and lead the recruitment efforts for the Tech team * Onboard newcomers * **WHO YOU ARE** You will be a good fit to join our Engineering team at Adikteev if you : * Have a proven track record as a backend or data developer for several years * Possess at least one management experience that can be confirmed by a referral * Demonstrate strong Software engineering culture * Possess hands\-on experience in coding (Golang, NodeJs) * Have experience with production and incident management * Show strong expertise in software architecture (event driven, micro\-service, scaling, design patterns…) * Have very good interpersonal skills: listen, be open\-minded, be inclusive * Possess experience in assessing people's skills * Are a good communicator: Argue, convince, onboard * Give and receive feedbacks It’s a plus if you have: * An expertise on AWS * Experience of a data driven product/company * Experience of Adtech business * Experience in hiring strong engineers and helping people grow long\-term *Please note that, for legal reasons, candidates are required to hold European citizenship and/or maintain residency within the European Union in order to be considered for this position.* * **PERKS AND BENEFITS** * Competitive Salary ; * Performance\-based Quarterly bonus with transparent KPIs; * Longevity bonus every 2 years ; * Healthcare plan with excellent coverage (50% of the contribution covered by Adikteev) ; * 4 1/2 days work week (Fridays afternoon off) ; * Mental Health support ; * Flexible remote working policy ; * Regular team\-life event / activity * Parental leave Policy. * **OUR PROCESS** * Call with Maxime \- Team Lead, Talent Acquisition, * Technical interview with Youcef \- Team Lead, Engineering \- \& Adrien \- Senior Backend Engineer, * Team fit interview with Anaïs \& Eric \- Engineering Managers * Team fit interview with Aldenis \- VP, Engineering \- \& Baptiste \- Project Delivery Manager * Final interview with Cédric \- CTO \- \& Loïc \- CPO **We prioritize people, not just job titles.** At Adikteev, we value talent in all its many forms and qualifications.
