With your professionalism and speed in resolving issues, you will help maintain the efficiency and reliability of all Grup Blasi assets. **Your key responsibilities**:* * Install, maintain and repair electrical systems (wiring, circuits, switches, light points, equipment, etc.) according to current regulations (REBT). * Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems: pipes, drains, taps, sinks, showers and hot water systems. * Detect and resolve leaks, pressure or drainage problems, and any related incidents. * Diagnose faults using technical tools and apply quick and efficient solutions. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on installations recorded in the GMAO platform, ensuring traceability and prioritizing resolution. * Perform periodic inspections to detect potential issues before they affect service. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal resort operations and provide swift responses to internal requests. * Keep technical knowledge up to date by participating in training and development programs. * Ensure safety, order and cleanliness in the workplace. * Provide support in any other task related to department needs. **What we offer?** * Contract type: Permanent. * Working hours: Full-time. * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating morning or afternoon shifts.
