**Position: Accountant / Accountant** **Company:** Ecopet Europa S.L. **Location:** Catalonia, Spain (100% in-office work) **Contract Type:** Full-time **About the Company** Ecopet Europa S.L. is an industrial company dedicated to the production and distribution of absorbent materials for the European market. Currently in a growth phase, we are seeking an experienced accountant to manage comprehensive accounting and ensure the proper financial organization of the company. **Responsibilities** * Full accounting management according to Spanish regulations. * Preparation and submission of tax filings: VAT, IRPF, Corporate Tax, and other obligations. * Monitoring of income, expenses, and review of all accounting documentation. * Preparation of financial reports: P\&L, balance sheet, cash flow. * Tracking and management of accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Communication with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and suppliers. * Accounting management related to the production process: * movements and control of raw materials; * inventory management and warehouse reconciliation; * calculation and analysis of production costs; * monitoring of consumption, losses, and material yield. * Preparation and document management for import and export operations (if applicable). * Improvement and optimization of internal financial processes. * Participation in budget planning and control. **Requirements** * Minimum of **2–3 years** of experience as an accountant (preferably in Spain). * Solid knowledge of Spanish accounting and tax regulations. * Proficiency with accounting software such as A3, Sage, Contasol or similar. * **Spanish and English required (level B2 or higher).** * Experience or knowledge in industrial processes: * warehouse management; * raw materials; * production costs; * material yield and consumption control. * High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail. * Availability to work **100% in-person**. **Desirable** * **Knowledge or experience in the plastic industry (processes, machinery, materials).** * Prior experience in industrial or import/export companies. * Knowledge of machinery accounting, depreciation, and production losses. * Familiarity with international payments and intra-community VAT. * Experience collaborating with logistics, procurement, and warehouse departments. **We Offer** * Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience). * Stability and growth opportunities within an expanding company. * Office hours: **Monday to Friday**. * Excellent working environment and comfortable conditions. * Full compliance with Spanish labor regulations. **How to Apply** Send your CV to the email: **Linda Nakopia, linda@ecopeteuropa.com** Subject: *"Accountant — Ecopet Europa S.L."* Job Type: Full\-time Pay: 2,500\.00€ \- 4,000\.00€ per month Work Location: In person
