Additionally, we operate other business lines including a travel agency, a congress palace, and extensive expertise in event organization and catering. We are seeking to hire a Front Desk Assistant for our 4* hotel in Barcelona, Evenia Rosselló. What will your day-to-day look like with us? * You will assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate information updates in the system. * You will provide guests with information about hotel services and local attractions. * You will collaborate with the Front Office Manager and other departments to coordinate guest needs. * You will coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. * You will support lobby organization, maintaining a tidy and welcoming atmosphere.
