Grupo Clave is collaborating with a food-sector company with a strong presence in Galicia, specializing in poultry production and characterized by its high standards in quality, food safety, and operational efficiency. To strengthen its technical team, we are seeking to hire a: **MAINTENANCE MANAGER** **JOB MISSION** The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and availability of the plant’s facilities and production equipment, guaranteeing continuity of the production process and minimizing downtime through planning, coordination, and supervision of maintenance activities, as well as continuous improvement of technical processes. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Planning, organizing, and supervising preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of facilities and production equipment. * Leading and coordinating the maintenance team (electricians, mechanics, and technicians). * Ensuring production line availability and minimizing downtime. * Diagnosing and resolving breakdowns, performing root cause analysis, and proposing improvements. * Coordinating with the production department to ensure operational continuity. * Supervising industrial installations: * Managing suppliers, subcontractors, and external maintenance service providers. * Controlling inventory of spare parts and critical materials. * Ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and occupational health and safety regulations. * Proposing and implementing improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing processes. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or Higher Technical Degree in Electromechanics. * Prior experience in maintenance management roles within industrial settings. * Experience in the food industry or other demanding production environments is desirable. * Proficiency in maintenance management tools. * Experience managing technical teams. * Organized, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile. * Ability to work effectively in dynamic and demanding production environments. **CONDITIONS** * Joining a solid and growing company in the food sector. * A strategic position with direct impact on plant productivity. * Permanent contract with a probationary period. * Salary range to be defined based on experience and contribution. * Full-time position, with availability to respond to incidents inherent to an industrial environment.
