IT Support Technician (Level 1-2)

Description

We are seeking a professional to resolve technical incidents and optimize the technological environment. You will join the systems team to ensure operational continuity for staff and support corporate cybersecurity. Your main responsibilities Support and Systems Administer the Go!Manage ERP system across group companies. Resolve hardware and software incidents at Level 1 and Level 2\. Manage user accounts using Microsoft Intune and Office 365\. Monitor security alerts via CrowdStrike. Train employees on the use of IT tools. Communications and Infrastructure Install computer equipment, monitors, Wi-Fi networks, and network cabling. Process user onboarding, offboarding, and permission changes in internal applications. Coordinate complex mobile and landline telephony incidents with service providers. Configure corporate email and implement cybersecurity guidelines. Oversee the operation and contracts of the printer fleet. Reporting and Data Generate daily activity reports for the technical management team. Extract structured data from the ERP system for regional offices. Manage basic access rights and loading profiles in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Configure print formats for warehouse labeling. Required Profile Technical Requirements Previous experience in end-user IT technical support roles. Operational knowledge of Windows, Linux, VMware, and remote connection tools such as UltraVNC or Cisco VPN. Proficiency with development environments like Visual Studio Code or Visual Studio. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or an equivalent qualification. Minimum English proficiency level: B1 (mandatory) Competencies Internal service orientation and ability to resolve issues promptly. Ability to handle data integrations and APIs.
