Carry out the necessary operations and procedures for guest registration and checkout at the hotel, in accordance with previously established Customer Service standards, to ensure customer satisfaction. Address all customer needs and questions during their stay. All of the above to be performed during the night shift. * Perform cash reconciliation and proceed with shift closing. * Organize and keep the hotel reception archive up to date. * Participate in internal and external reporting. * Internal / External Customer Service. * Report any incidents related to vouchers, reservations, etc., to the Night Supervisor. * Resolve occasional incidents with support from a supervisor on duty at another hotel, if necessary. * Monitor agency vouchers. * Perform daily computerized system closure. * Archive all cash-related documentation for the Park and maintain updated logs, consumption receipts, etc. * Perform all standard Reception Operator duties (check-in, check-out, reservation modifications, etc.). Requirements \- Two years of experience performing similar tasks in hotels with three or more stars and at least 150 rooms. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: * Education in Tourism Management (TEAT) or Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism. * English, French, and Spanish. * Catalan language knowledge is an asset. * Proficiency in standard user-level computer applications. * Prior experience with hotel management systems // Operator experience is valued.
