Job Summary: Architect for a Training Contract supporting the Territory Department in strategic and physical analysis of public spaces and municipal facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Energy modeling and energy auditing of municipal buildings A municipal entity in the region is seeking an Architect to undertake a Training Contract for the Acquisition of Professional Practice within the JOVES EN PRÀCTIQUES Program, 2025 call. The contract will last 12 months, providing support to the tasks of the Territory Department as an architect, including analysis of the network of municipal public open spaces—both urban and non-urban—as well as strategic and physical analysis, ranging from modeling municipal facility buildings to their energy auditing, deficiency listings, accessibility criteria, and corrective measures, to enable future application of "facility manager" techniques across the full set of municipal facilities. Candidate profile, per Section 6.2 of Annex 1 of Order EMT/214/2021, dated 17 November, requires: a person aged between 16 and 29 years; registered in the National Youth Guarantee System database as a beneficiary; registered with the Public Employment Service of Catalonia as an unemployed jobseeker (DONO); and eligible to formalize a training employment contract for professional practice at the time of signing. Customer service orientation and interpersonal and communication skills are required. Knowledge of new technologies (office software, information research, social networks, etc.), Catalan language proficiency at level C, and above all, a proactive attitude. The candidate must have obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture no more than three years prior to application—or five years if contracted with a person with a disability—from completion of the corresponding studies. Gross monthly remuneration is €1,612.02, paid in 14 installments. Weekly working hours: 35, on a schedule to be determined.
