You will work on exciting projects with key clients in the Retail sector. Your main responsibilities will be to coordinate and supervise maintenance services for offices and commercial premises, providing support to FM. Below are the main responsibilities, for which training will be provided from day one: * Incident resolution and management. * Organization of maintenance services in buildings, offices and commercial premises. * Procurement of technical service providers. * Tracking of work orders and preparation of reports. * Supervision of compliance with SLAs and KPIs established by clients. * Monitoring and control of processes based on workflow. * Requesting and preparing budgets, proposals and reports. Minimum requirements: * Spanish, German and English (written and spoken) (assessed during the interview) * Office software proficiency. * Verbal communication skills: clear expression, courtesy and friendliness. * Responsible behaviour and ability to work in a team. * Ability to work under pressure. * Dynamic attitude and eagerness to respond to customers as soon as possible. * Proactive and committed. We offer: * Permanent contract. * Full-time position (40 hours/week). * 100% on-site work, Monday to Thursday: 08:00–17:00; Friday: 08:00–14:00. * Salary: €23,000 gross per year, paid in 14 installments. * 21 days of vacation per year.
