Temporary contract with potential for permanent employment and rotating shifts. **.** ----- **Job Offer \| Plant Assistant – Production** **Reus (Tarragona)** We are seeking a **Plant Assistant** for the Production area, with a focus on safety, quality, and the proper functioning of industrial processes. ### **Responsibilities** * Operation and monitoring of production processes (dryer, utilities, boiler). * Loading and unloading of trucks and tankers. * Sampling, analysis, and record-keeping to ensure quality and traceability. * Compliance with safety and food safety regulations. * Equipment cleaning and incident detection. * Collaboration with other departments. ### **Requirements** * High school diploma, Medium-level Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio), or equivalent experience. * Experience in a production environment. * Native Spanish speaker; Catalan is a plus. * Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of safety and quality standards. * Teamwork, proactivity, and ability to learn. * Industrial certifications and Higher-level Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior). ### **Offer** * Temporary contract with potential for permanent employment. * Rotating shifts (fifth shift).
