Selection of an OCCUPATIONAL SUPPORT TECHNICIAN FOR YOUNG PEOPLE (SOC\-YOUTH SUPPORT). The selected candidate will implement actions aimed at enhancing the personal skills and competencies of young people to facilitate their reintegration into the education system and/or subsequent labor market insertion. Technical staff assigned to implement the program as career orienters must meet the following requirements: a) Hold an official university bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in pedagogy, psychopedagogy, psychology, social education, or social work. b) Possess a certificate demonstrating sufficient proficiency in spoken and written Catalan (Level 1\). During the selection process, preference will be given to candidates with training and/or experience in equality, non-discrimination, and gender and intersectional perspectives, in order to inform and guide young people in choosing their professional goals and constructing their corresponding educational pathways free from gender bias and constraints. Selected candidates must provide a negative certification from the Central Register of Sexual Offenders, confirming they have not been convicted by a final judgment for any offense against sexual freedom and integrity. \- Support for young people: · Direct individual and/or group assistance. · Direct collaboration with foundations, associations, and other entities working with this youth demographic in our territory. · Collaboration with public services addressing the young people targeted by this Program. The career orientation activities to be carried out by technical staff are specifically structured across two intervention levels targeting young people: LEVEL 1\. Provision of general information. Typical actions at this level include: \- Group or individual informational sessions, coordinated with compulsory secondary education centers and integrated vocational training institutions, aimed at improving awareness of the Youth Occupational Support Service, educational pathways, and the productive environment. \- Participation in specialized job and vocational fairs. \- Lectures and dissemination activities promoting the integrated vocational training system in all relevant cross-cutting spaces where such outreach may effectively bring opportunities closer to young people who would otherwise remain unaware. LEVEL 2\. Specialized direct counseling and career orientation for young people. Typical actions at this level include: \- Initial welcome tutoring. \- Follow-up tutoring sessions. \- Familiarization with the productive environment. \- Closing tutoring sessions. \- Registration of assisted individuals in the SPIN application of the Employment Service and in the SOC Galileu management program. * Experience: 12 months.
