Job Summary: We are seeking a First-Class Bricklayer in LLoseta with solid experience to carry out various construction tasks, collaborate on-site, and assume team coordination responsibilities. DESCRIPTION We are looking for a First-Class Bricklayer in LLoseta, with the following responsibilities: * Perform all duties inherent to a First-Class Bricklayer, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. * Carry out work across various construction specialties: general masonry, partition walls, cladding, foundations, new construction, renovations, finishing works, among others. * Collaborate closely with the site supervisor or foreman to ensure proper execution of assigned tasks. * Gradually assume team coordination responsibilities for a group of 2–3 people upon demonstration of technical competence and commitment. * Learn and apply additional technical knowledge provided by the company: reading and interpreting blueprints; coordinating with other trades such as electricians, carpenters, plumbers, etc.; basic resource management and task planning. * Maintain clear and fluent communication with your direct supervisor and other site professionals. * Ensure order, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations in the work area. **Requirements** * Solid and verifiable experience as a First-Class Bricklayer. * Prior work experience across multiple construction areas, demonstrating versatility and comprehensive knowledge of the trade. * Provision of genuine references from previous employers (direct contact or verifiable address) is mandatory. * Personal vehicle required for initial travel to INCA. **Conditions** * Employment contract according to the collective agreement, including all rights, vacation days, and benefits stipulated for the First-Class Bricklayer category. * Working hours: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and during summer: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. * Ongoing internal training to assume higher responsibilities. * Opportunity to build and lead your own team from scratch, selecting profiles who will join under your supervision.
