Typically Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Deliver theoretical-practical training for the Initial Qualification Program (PQI) on Auxiliary Activities in Nurseries, Gardens, and Gardening Centers, covering the following competence units: * 0520\_1: Auxiliary operations for plant production and maintenance in nurseries and gardening centers. (190h) * 0521\_1: Auxiliary operations for installation of gardens, parks, and green areas (120h) * 0522\_1: Auxiliary operations for maintenance of gardens, parks, and green areas (110h) In addition to teaching duties, this position includes the following responsibilities: * Coordinate the Non-Labor Professional Practices Module (MP) with sector companies for each student (80 h). * Plan activities and practical sessions in gardens and nurseries; assess students’ acquisition of professional competencies. * Provide individualized follow-up and tutorial support for each participant. * Coordinate with the center’s educational and guidance team. * Ensure implementation of occupational risk prevention measures when using gardening tools and machinery. * Promote participants’ labor insertion and continued education. ***Required Academic Qualifications:*** * Possession of one or more of the following qualifications: * Agricultural Engineer or Forestry Engineer; Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. * Agricultural or Forestry Technical Engineer. * Higher Technician in Management and Organization of Agribusinesses. * Higher Technician in Management and Organization of Natural and Landscape Resources. * Technician in Gardening. * Level 3 Professional Certificate in the Agricultural Professional Family and the Gardening Occupational Area.\+ In cases where no formal qualification is held, a minimum of three years’ professional experience must be demonstrated. ***Required Professional Experience:*** * Minimum one year of experience if holding a relevant qualification. * Minimum three years of experience if lacking a relevant qualification. ***Professional Competencies:*** * Sense of belonging * People orientation * Teamwork * Communication ***Required Knowledge:*** * Ability to manage educational programs (planning and delivery), and to monitor and evaluate students * Experience working with young people in vulnerable situations ***Job Requirements:*** * Valid Class B driving license * Personal vehicle ***Other Desirable Qualifications:*** * SSCE0110 \- Professional Teaching Certificate for Vocational Training for Employment * Certification of Catalan language proficiency (spoken and written), at C1 level or higher
