We are seeking a proactive individual eager to learn and ready to provide essential support to our kitchen team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate autonomously and responsibly in kitchen preparations, always under the supervision of an experienced chef. * Carry out basic and complementary preparations for various dishes and culinary creations assigned to you, following established guidelines. * Prepare specific dishes for which you have received appropriate training and instruction, ensuring expected quality and presentation. * Perform service-related tasks in kitchen preparations, working efficiently and collaboratively under the supervision and direction of your immediate supervisor or designated person. * Actively contribute to maintaining order, cleanliness, and disinfection of work areas, utensils, and kitchen equipment, complying with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Support the chef in mise en place tasks, ingredient cutting, sauce preparation, and other functions necessary for smooth kitchen operations. * Manage and monitor raw material stock levels, reporting replenishment needs to prevent stockouts. * Participate in goods receipt and storage, verifying product quality and quantity. * Assist in menu development and special recommendations, contributing ideas and supporting team creativity. * Adapt to various shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs. **What We Are Looking For:** * Minimum 1 year’s prior experience as a Kitchen Assistant or in a similar role within the hospitality sector. * Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation. * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions. * Proactivity, energy, and a positive attitude. * Commitment to quality and service excellence. * Flexibility regarding working hours. * Local residence or willingness and ability to commute. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Vocational training in Culinary Arts or related field. * Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP). * Experience in holiday hotels or high-volume operations. * Strong communication skills and attention to detail. **What We Offer:** * Join a prestigious hotel chain offering a professional and pleasant work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and career growth within the company. * Ongoing training to enhance your skills. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. * The chance to be part of a team passionate about hospitality and gastronomy.
