Professional and economic growth within a solid project A rapidly expanding private medical center in Mallorca is seeking an aesthetic physician to join under a commercial collaboration arrangement, within a solid project offering high potential for professional and economic growth. **About the Project** This is a modern medical environment with a clear focus on high-quality aesthetic medicine, where professionals can develop their own schedule within an already operational structure—including active patients, marketing, and administrative support. **Responsibilities** * Comprehensive aesthetic medical assessment of patients * Performing injectable treatments (botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, bio-stimulators, etc.) * Medical-aesthetic facial and body treatments * Designing personalized treatment plans * Patient follow-up and retention * Opportunity to expand the treatment portfolio based on professional profile and experience **Required Profile** * Degree or license in Medicine * Master’s degree in Aesthetic Medicine (mandatory) * Prior experience in an aesthetic medical practice * Self-employed registration or willingness to work under a commercial arrangement * Residence in Palma de Mallorca or nearby areas (or availability to commute) * Commercially oriented, empathetic profile focused on results and quality of care **What We Offer** * Flexible commercial model with remuneration based on a competitive percentage of billing * An active patient schedule and support in patient acquisition * Modern, fully equipped facilities * Support staff and included administrative management * Opportunities for professional and economic growth within the project * Flexible working hours and possibility to increase consultation volume Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Contract, Self-employed Work Location: On-site employment
