Support for students' labor market integration **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Training Technician \- Course "ASSISTANT IN ORGANIC FARMING" in Málaga. **Work Location** -------------------- * Málaga **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Training project targeting long-term unemployed individuals; individuals aged 45 or older, particularly women; persons with a disability equal to or greater than 33 %; nationals of third countries; foreign-origin participants; and other individuals in socioeconomically vulnerable situations, including those facing or at risk of poverty, social exclusion, or discrimination in its multiple dimensions, as certified by a Social Services report. * Course objectives: To train participants in the maintenance, production, and harvesting of crops on an organic farm, applying quality and sustainability criteria \-. The work comprises two modules: 1\-. Specific training (120 hours). The syllabus must comprehensively cover the following topics: Soil management, cultivation and harvesting operations on organic farms; Agricultural mechanization and farm installations; Prevention and management of agroecosystem health. * Non-labor vocational training: Actively identifying companies for students to carry out the practical component of the training program, followed by tutorship of those students during the practical training period. * Upon completion of the training program, a report must be submitted summarizing the objectives, content, and outcomes of the training, along with the evaluation criteria established for successful completion of the training program. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated either through assessment tests and/or by attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any point during the process, documentary evidence supporting the data declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (BUP/COU), Vocational Training Level I (FPI) or Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM), Vocational Training Level II (FPII) or Higher-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) (equivalent qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or extensive professional and/or academic experience in the relevant field or position responsibilities (at least 6 months). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Training in agricultural crops or organic farming (certificate of training to be attached). ### **Prior Experience** * Between 6 months and 3 years delivering training in subjects related to the scope of this course. * Between 6 months and 3 years of experience in auxiliary operations such as planting, sowing, irrigation of agricultural crops, or within the agricultural sector. **Observations** ----------------- * + Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 2 months, linked to the execution of the assignment described in the publication under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working schedule.
