Job Summary: Carglass is seeking a Workshop Manager to maximize workshop performance, manage the team, provide customer solutions, and implement quality procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. We need to select a Workshop Manager for a full-time position to fill a vacancy at one of our service centers located in Vélez Málaga. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be? **Workshop Performance:** Maximize jobs and profitability—i.e., achieve, and exceed if possible, the workshop’s assigned job target and budget. Team and Personal Development: Effectively manage team performance and development to maximize workshop productivity. **Customer Management:** Consistently provide solutions to customers and strive to meet their needs using all available company tools. **Quality Management:** Apply and ensure proper implementation of technical and administrative procedures established by Carglass® and client companies. **Technical and Administrative Tasks at the Service Center:** Receive and store materials delivered from warehouses or suppliers; handle document submission requests to Administration for billing or client audits; perform installation tasks (replacements and repairs) as needed, showing availability in the schedule. * Commercial Management: Sell center-available products and/or services to center customers; identify opportunities, conduct corporate visits, etc., necessary to generate jobs for the center. We are looking for candidates with vocational training in electromechanics or automotive engineering—or sufficient relevant industry experience.
