**THE IMPACT YOU WILL GENERATE**
**Banco Santander Foundation** is seeking an **Events and Spaces Manager**, based in **Santander**.
We are redefining how we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration, and the freedom to explore new ideas.
In this role — reporting to the Finance, Development and General Services Directorate — your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading the organization of various internal and external events to be held at the new Faro Santander space.
* Coordinating and producing events across available spaces, liaising with other museum departments.
* Coordinating and producing internal events in collaboration with other Faro Santander departments.
* Contracting and overseeing external events held at Faro Santander, in collaboration with other Faro Santander departments.
* Preparing and monitoring budgets; coordinating internal resources and external suppliers.
* Technical and safety coordination for each event (installation control, permits, technical supervision).
* Collaborating with Programmes, Exhibitions, and Communications Directorates, as well as other internal teams, ensuring necessary coordination for smooth execution of events and activities at Faro Santander — all to the highest quality standards.

The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this role.
**Professional Experience**
* Prior professional experience in roles of similar scope and responsibility is required. (Mandatory)
* Experience in the museum or cultural sector is desirable. (Desirable)
* Experience managing multidisciplinary spaces is desirable. (Desirable)
* International experience is desirable. (Desirable)
**Education**
* Education in Event Organization and Management, or equivalent, is required. (Mandatory)
* Additional specialized education in the museum or cultural field is desirable. (Desirable)
* Demonstrable additional education in space management is desirable. (Desirable)
**Languages**
* Full written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English. (Mandatory)
* Proficiency in additional languages is desirable. (Desirable)
**Technical Skills (Hard Skills)**
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams. (Mandatory)
* Prior experience with AutoCAD/SketchUp is desirable. (Desirable)
* Experience using AI is desirable. (Desirable)
