MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure proper technical, contractual, and economic project management through thorough documentation review, measurement and cost control, and technical support to the Site Management Team. Guarantee that execution complies with contractual terms, proposing optimization solutions and strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the works. * Comprehensive project review to identify contractual issues, technical inconsistencies, and potential risks affecting project progress. * Measurement and cost control, including preparation of cost projections and final cost estimates (EAC). * Monthly measurements for production calculation, certification, and economic monitoring. * Preparation and updating of budgets, breakdowns, and comparative tables using specialized software (Presto, Menfis). * Document management and technical control of drawings, specifications, change orders, and modifications. * Proposal and valuation of improvement strategies to address contractual or technical issues. * Coordination with the Site Management Team, production teams, and subcontractors to ensure correct interpretation of documentation and measurement criteria. * Preparation of periodic technical and economic reports for project management. * Advanced use of CAD tools (AutoCAD) for drawing review and updates. * Intensive use of Office 365 for reporting, data analysis, and document coordination.
