In this role, you will assume a key position within the Supply Chain area, contributing to optimizing the logistics flows of assigned categories and ensuring efficient end\-to\-end operations. You will be part of a dynamic environment with high interaction with internal teams such as Procurement, Operations, and IT, providing analysis, strategic insight, and proposals for continuous improvement. Your work will be critical in driving processes, systems, and projects that strengthen service at the point of sale and for the end customer. Main responsibilities and requirements. Responsibilities:* Map logistics flows for assigned categories from origin to delivery at point of sale or customer * Monitor end\-to\-end logistics KPIs and drive actions based on root cause analysis * Evaluate logistics requirements proposed by the organization and assess their feasibility against internal capabilities * Identify bottlenecks, operational risks, and improvement opportunities across the logistics network * Analyze supply chain-wide costs per activity * Manage strategic logistics projects in coordination with IT teams and other involved departments * Lead a team of several people, ensuring organization, prioritization, and coaching * Participate regularly in meetings with Procurement managers * Develop and implement Supply Chain-related processes, functionalities, and technology deployments Requirements:* University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business Administration (ADE), or related fields * English proficiency level B1–B2 * Advanced proficiency in computer tools and Power BI * Knowledge of Python or SQL programming is desirable * Strong analytical orientation and process-oriented mindset * Solid knowledge of logistics, supply chain, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and retail We offer a variety of social benefits contributing to your well-being.* Exclusive discounts and financing options. * Life insurance. * Corporate University. * Continuous training for professional development. * Study grants for employees' children. * In-house medical service. * Flexible compensation plan.
