Responsibilities: – Hiring: Social Security registration/deregistration, communication, initial onboarding. – Talent management: employee support and follow-up, conflict resolution, performance evaluations, etc. – Full recruitment cycle: defining profiles, resume screening (LinkedIn, Infojobs), interviews, managing assessments, CV preparation, profile evaluation, etc. Valued skills: – Knowledge of social media, Excel macros, PowerPoint, Access, etc. – Experience in Information Technology (IT) field. – Analytical thinking (strong problem analysis and resolution skills). – Interest in continuous learning. – Efficient, detail-oriented.
