




**Description** The position of residential construction site manager involves supervising and coordinating the construction of single-family housing projects. Responsibilities include: * Managing the entire project: planning, organizing, and controlling on-site activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards through coordination of work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Acting as the main point of contact with the site management and work teams, ensuring smooth and effective communication at all times. * Managing budgetary control of projects, monitoring milestones and timelines, optimizing resources, and guaranteeing project profitability. Requirements: * Technical architect, drafter, or site manager qualification * Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing residential construction projects, preferably single-family homes. * Solid knowledge of tools such as Office, AutoCAD, Presto, or Arquímedes. * Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail, with problem-solving skills and efficient decision-making capabilities. * Communication and negotiation skills to maintain excellent relationships with work teams.
