




Job Summary: Daily operational and documentary management, keeping information up-to-date and organized, serving as a key position for team order and support. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in maintaining daily order and organization at the delegation. 2. Fundamental support in managing digital and physical records. 3. Smooth communication with suppliers and users. This position involves managing all operational and documentary tasks required for the daily functioning of the Santander delegation. It is a part-time contract where the primary responsibility is to ensure that all information remains consistently updated, organized, and readily available to various departments. It is a key position for maintaining order, involving data collection, system-based information registration, and report preparation to assist the rest of the team. In addition to office tasks, smooth communication with suppliers and users is maintained through multiple channels. The environment demands strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, supporting the management of digital and physical records, and adapting to logistical needs arising on a day-to-day basis. Higher technical education degree in Administration or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in administrative roles. Advanced proficiency in office software, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel for data control and management.
