




An administrative technician is needed to carry out various essential tasks. These include monitoring and managing issues that may arise in the community, handling insurance and claims, and communicating with and attending to property owners. This person will also be responsible for requesting quotes for jobs and projects, supervising their proper execution. In addition, they must process administrative files and subsidies, maintaining smooth communication with caretakers, repair and construction professionals, as well as architects, surveyors, engineers, and lawyers. The preparation and drafting of minutes is essential. Minimum qualifications required are FP II or Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, or higher education such as a Degree in Law or Business Administration, along with good proficiency in computer tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word. A temporary contract is offered with the possibility of becoming permanent, initially on a split schedule and later with the possibility of a continuous working day. The remuneration is 1410.64 € gross per month, paid in 12 installments.
