We are looking for a person to perform administrative tasks in Langreo. The role involves managing documentation, such as archiving and scanning invoices, as well as providing support for accounting tasks. This includes recording invoices, conducting reviews, and performing bank reconciliations. Additionally, the role entails managing daily email correspondence. For this position, training in Administration and Finance is required, along with prior experience in finance departments or accounting firms. Proficiency in accounting software and a basic or intermediate level of Excel are necessary. Knowledge of English is considered an advantage, and a valid driver's license is mandatory. The contract is temporary, lasting between three and six months. It is a part-time position involving ten weekly working hours, with afternoon shifts during winter and morning shifts during summer.
