Your main responsibilities: \* Customer service and assistance. \* Access control and facility supervision. \* Management and collection of parking services. \* Resolution of operational incidents. \* Basic maintenance of equipment and facilities. \* Cleaning and preparation tasks for the parking facility. \* Communication and monitoring with centralization systems. **What are we looking for?** * Dynamic, responsible, and solution-oriented individuals. * Customer orientation and strong communication skills. * Basic computer tool proficiency. * Prior experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles is desirable. * Previous experience in the parking sector or related activities is highly valued. * Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent. Prior experience is not mandatory but is highly valued.
