**Job Description**
At SGS—the world leader in inspection, verification, testing, and certification—we aim to strengthen our team and are looking for you: a committed Civil Works Supervisor eager to make a difference, for our Cantabria civil works department.
**What Will You Do Daily?**
* Supervise and control the quality of civil works execution tasks.
* Ensure compliance with technical requirements specified in the project, work procedures, etc.
* Draft progress and quality reports on construction works.
* Attend meetings with clients and/or suppliers, contributing your technical insight and experience.
**Requirements** **What Are We Looking for in You?**
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a quality and construction control technician, preferably as a civil works supervisor—especially railway construction involving earthworks, track laying, pile foundations, slope protection, etc. Experience in industrial installations would also be valued.
* Knowledge of civil works and installation technical regulations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
* Valid driver’s license.
