We are seeking a BIM consultant to participate in BIM projects within the building and nuclear sectors. Responsibilities include 3D modeling and data association, architectural design of buildings, and performing energy calculations. A higher education is required, preferably an official university degree in architecture, engineering, or similar. Proficiency in software such as Revit and Rhinoceros, LCA solutions like OneClickLCA or equivalent, automation tools such as Dynamo, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is necessary. Knowledge of CDE solutions and tools for environmental impact assessment or carbon footprint calculation is also valued. We are looking for professionals with expertise in BIM methodology and in sustainability and environmental assessment of infrastructure (LCA). Native-level Spanish is required; knowledge of German (level A1.1) and Portuguese (level C1) is advantageous. We offer a permanent full-time employment contract with an annual gross salary of 22,224 euros. Working hours are Monday through Thursday from 08:00 to 14:00, and Friday from 07:00 to 15:00.
