**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation activities, is seeking to hire 1 Architect to support the construction of a forest facility. **Work Location** -------------------- * Autonomous Community of Cantabria **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Support in drafting architectural technical projects * Support in the execution of architectural and civil engineering works * Support in preparing work reports, studies, and health and safety plans * Support in drafting tender documents and contracting procedures according to LCSP **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Candidates must prove compliance with the requirements by attaching the following documents in the "Attachments" section of the application (or during the selection process), as applicable: * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying required professional experience. * Internship attachments verifying required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Degree in Architecture with enabling master's degree, or other official university qualification entitling the holder to practice regulated architecture profession in Spain (qualification homologated in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Previous Experience** * At least 6 months performing duties as a design architect ### **Other Essential Requirements** * Valid and current Spanish category B driving license **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Training in Occupational Health and Safety #### **Languages** * English Level: B1 ### **Previous Experience** * From 6 months up to 5 years performing duties as a design architect **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 12 months, linked to the execution of assignments detailed in the publication under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time position + Expected start date in November + Salary according to collective agreement The application submission period will be open from today, October 14, 2025, until October 20, 2025, at 23:59 (peninsular time).
